Dorothy Iannone

Liberated from stereotypes or gendered roles, Dorothy Iannone dedicates her art to the attempt to visualize love, lust, feelings and above all female sexuality. „Human Liberation“ is embedded in a series of prints and paintings, depicting Dieter Roth and herself. Since the 1960s her work is marked by personal mythology and narrative elements.
